These terms apply to your use of www.prairielightingdealers.com and to the text messaging program run by Prairie Lighting Dealers Inc. ("Prairie Lighting Dealers", "we", "us"). By using this website or applying to our dealer program, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use this website, apply to the dealer program or join our SMS messaging program.

Dealer applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the dealer program. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. The information you give us must be accurate and complete. If you are accepted, your participation will be governed by a separate written dealer agreement.

SMS messaging program

  • Program: Prairie Lighting Dealers sends text messages about your dealer application, your Dealer Strategy Call (confirmations and reminders), answers to your questions, and onboarding next steps.
  • Opt-in: You join by checking the SMS consent box on our dealer application form. You must be 18 or older to join. Consent is not a condition of applying.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected] or call (403) 402-4333.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
